1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Honest Pam Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available exclusively to institutional clients, professional investors, and businesses. We do not provide services to retail consumers.
3. Services
Honest Pam provides OTC trading, liquidity provision, payment processing, crypto-to-fiat conversion, cross-border settlement, and portfolio management services.
4. Client Obligations
You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding • Maintain the confidentiality of your portal credentials and API keys • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion
5. Risk Disclosure
Digital asset services involve significant risk. The value of digital assets can fall as well as rise. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only engage in digital asset transactions if you fully understand the risks involved and can afford to sustain a total loss of the funds committed.
6. Fees
Our fees are disclosed in your client agreement and on our fee schedule, available on request. We reserve the right to amend our fees with 30 days' written notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honest Pam's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
